If for any reason you find you are not happy with your purchase, we offer a 30-day money-back guarantee from the time you receive your goods on all Microneedling Pens. This moneyback guarantee does not apply to Needle Cartridges. For Replacement cartridges we are only able to offer a return on completely unopened and unused goods, please contact us for more information.

How Long Is The Warranty?
In addition to our 30-day money-back guarantee, Dr. Pen Canada offers an additional 1 year mechanical warranty period from the date your product is purchased for all Microneedling Pens. We additionally offer a Limited Warranty on all of our products as explained below.

What Does This Limited Warranty Cover?
This Limited Warranty covers any defects in material or workmanship under normal use during the warranty period. During the warranty period of 1 year from the date of purchase Dr. Pen Canada will repair or replace, at no charge, products or parts of a product that prove defective because of improper material or workmanship, under normal use and maintenance.

What Does This Limited Warranty Not Cover?
This Limited Warranty does not cover any problem caused by conditions, malfunctions or damage as a results of use, or water damage, dropping or any damage incurred that is not the direct result of material or workmanship during the manufacturing process. This includes if any damage has been incurred after delivery, any attempts made to alter the product or if it has been dropped or broken. However the 30 day money-back guarantee can cover the event that delivery or immediate damage to the product is incurred before it reaches you.

Change of Mind Policy
Bought something and simply changed your mind? You have 30 days from time of receipt to return your purchase for a refund, as long as the product is in an unused and resalable condition.

Products must be returned in their original packaging, along with included accessories. Due to the health and safety concerns of some of our products, change of mind returns must be unopened with the seals intact. A change of mind return is sent back to us at your cost.
